July 2025 is shaping up to be a thrilling time for smartphone lovers. Whether you’re into sleek compact phones, massive foldables, or feature-packed mid-rangers, there’s something new and exciting for everyone. Big names like Nothing, Oppo, OnePlus, Samsung, Motorola, Infinix, realme, and vivo are all set to launch their latest and greatest, keeping tech enthusiasts and the internet buzzing all month long.
Here’s a closer look at the most awaited upcoming smartphones in July 2025.
Nothing Phone (3)
Launching on: July 1, 2025
Kicking things off is the much-awaited Nothing Phone (3). After months of leaks and teasers, the Carl Pei-led brand has finally confirmed its arrival.
What’s interesting this time is the design. The Nothing team is ditching the famous Glyph Interface for a more unconventional layout—three oddly placed camera sensors and a dot-matrix display on the back. On the specs front, we’re expecting a 6.7-inch LTPO OLED screen, the powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip, and a new 3x periscope zoom lens alongside upgraded cameras.
Battery life should be solid too, thanks to a 5,150 mAh unit. If you’re eyeing this phone, the price might land between ₹45,000 and ₹50,000 in India (around $600 globally).
Oppo Reno 14 Series
Launching on: July 3, 2025
Just a couple of days later, Oppo will take the stage with the new Oppo Reno 14 series—featuring the Reno 14 5G and Reno 14 Pro 5G.
The standard Reno 14 will come with a 6.59-inch AMOLED screen, Dimensity 8350 processor, triple rear cameras, and a massive 6,000 mAh battery that supports 80W charging. The Pro version upgrades to a 6.83-inch display, Dimensity 8450 chip, and a 6,200 mAh battery.
Both models are packed with AI smarts like AI Livephoto 2.0, AI Voice Enhancer, AI Style Transfer, and more. Pricing could start at ₹35,000 for the base model, while the Pro may land around ₹50,000.
OnePlus Nord 5 & Nord CE 5
Launching on: July 8, 2025
Next up is OnePlus, ready to drop the OnePlus Nord 5 and Nord CE 5. These come along with the new OnePlus Buds 4, which will offer 3D audio and Hi-Res support.
The Nord 5 is confirmed to feature a high-quality AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and run on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip. It even supports BGMI at 90fps, with potential to go up to 144fps using interpolation. Camera lovers will appreciate the 50MP Sony LYT-700 main sensor and a 50MP Samsung JN5 front camera.
The Nord CE 5, on the other hand, might pack a Dimensity 8350 processor, a 120Hz screen, and a huge 7,100 mAh battery. Prices are expected around ₹35,000 for the Nord 5 and ₹24,999 for the CE 5.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 / Flip 7
Launching on: July 9, 2025
Midway through the month, Samsung will unveil its next-gen foldables—the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Z Flip 7, and the budget-friendly Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE.
Expect larger displays, refined designs, and the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite (for Galaxy) chip inside both premium models. The Fold 7 may borrow the S25 Ultra’s 200MP camera, while the Flip 7 is likely getting a slightly bigger battery than before.
The Flip 7 FE, possibly running on the Exynos 2500, could be a more affordable variant based on last year’s Flip 6. All three phones are expected to ship with One UI 8.0, based on Android 16, and include new Galaxy AI features. Pricing could remain steady at ₹1,64,999 for the Fold 7 and ₹1,09,999 for the Flip 7.
Infinix Hot 60 5G Series
Expected Launch: Mid-July
Infinix is also planning a launch with its Infinix Hot 60 5G and Hot 60 Pro+ models.
The Hot 60 5G might come with a 6.74-inch LCD display, MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor, 50MP camera, and a 5,000 mAh battery—priced around ₹15,000. The more premium Hot 60 Pro+ is rumored to be just 5.95mm thin, yet still manages to pack a 5,160 mAh battery, competing with devices like the Galaxy S25 Edge.

With the OnePlus compact flagship now out, vivo isn’t far behind. The brand is gearing up to launch the vivo X200 FE in India.
Expect a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display, Dimensity 9300+ processor, dual ZEISS cameras (including a 50MP 3x periscope lens), a huge 6,500 mAh battery, and full IP68 + IP69 protection. A 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant is likely, priced at around ₹50,000.
Vivo X Fold 5
Expected Launch: July 2025
Last but not least, vivo may bring the Vivo X Fold 5 to India this July. Already launched in China, this foldable boasts a 6.53-inch cover screen, 8.03-inch inner display (both LTPO and 120Hz), and is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip.
All three rear cameras are 50MP ZEISS units, and the 6,000 mAh battery supports 80W wired and 40W wireless charging—enough to challenge Galaxy Z Fold 7 in real-world use.
